Free UK shipping — on every order

All prices on Sounds Great include UK postage. There’s no minimum spend, no shipping calculation at checkout, and no surprise fees — the price you see is the price you pay.

Carrier & packaging

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail from the Isle of Wight. Every record is sleeved, sandwiched between rigid cardboard pads, and posted in a purpose-made LP mailer to protect the corners and spine in transit.

Processing time

We dispatch within 1–3 working days of receiving your payment. Most UK orders arrive within a further 2–3 working days after dispatch, although Royal Mail timings are not guaranteed and may vary at peak periods.

If you need a record by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll do our best.

International orders

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. We hope to open international shipping in the future — if you’re overseas and interested in a specific record, do drop us a line.

If something goes wrong

Royal Mail is reliable but parcels can occasionally be delayed, damaged, or lost in transit. If your record hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we’ll sort it out — usually a refund, since each record is unique and we can’t simply send another.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.
